The Reception of Classical Antiquity in Children’s and Young Adults’ Culture in Response to Regional and Global Challenges

Olga StrycharczykOlga Strycharczyk, as an administrative officer, supports Our Mythical Childhood Team in many ways. She comes from a semi-Classicist family, where the great epics were told as bedtime stories and whom ancient Romans frequently, if often unexpectedly, visited during Sunday dinner conversations. She was trained in the History of Art (MA) at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and in European Regional and Local Studies at the Centre EUROREG of the University of Warsaw. She admires art as an unveiling of kalokagathia, enjoys discovering games architects play with people who visit their structures, pays attention to solutions in urbanism resulting from the belief that human beings are its highest value.

In the Our Mythical Childhood project she is especially involved in the collaboration with schools and she co-edited the volume resulting from 2019–2021 schools venture dedicated to Nature:
